Property Information and Development Status

Forest Hill is a 650-acre luxury lifestyle destination located 90 minutes from Accra and a few minutes from the Apirede Waterfalls. The property descriptions, images, amenities, and other information on our website represent the planned development of Forest Hill, which is currently in development. While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, the actual development may differ from the descriptions and visual representations provided.

The estate will feature a hotel with exclusive villas and chalets, fashion and beauty shops, restaurants and cafés, a spa and wellness center, a helipad, commercial co-working spaces, offices, and conference facilities. We reserve the right to modify plans, specifications, and amenities without notice as we deem necessary in our sole discretion. Renderings and visuals are artist impressions only and may not accurately depict the final product.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Forest Hill website and related materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, architectural plans, property designs, videos, and software, is the property of Forest Hill or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our site without our prior written consent.

The architectural designs for Forest Hill have been developed in partnership with our architectural partners, including Tsai Design Studio. These designs are intellectual property protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. All architectural guidelines established for the development must be adhered to for any construction within the estate.

Reservations and Purchases

All reservations or purchases of property at Forest Hill are subject to:

• Availability at the time of booking/purchase
• Acceptance of our offer agreement
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Payment of required deposits and fees
• Adherence to Forest Hill’s architectural guidelines and estate rules

Forest Hill reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. All prices are subject to change without notice until a binding purchase agreement has been executed by all parties. Property ownership is subject to all terms and conditions in the final purchase agreement.

Building and Development

Forest Hill will provide infrastructure including roads, waste management, water supply, and electricity. Property owners will have the freedom to plot, plan, and develop their properties subject to Forest Hill’s architectural guidelines. Forest Hill can manage projects for owners utilizing our pre-approved architectural and construction partners if desired.

Our partner architectural firm, Tsai Design Studio, offers a range of bespoke designer plots for custom residences, available off-plan and on a turnkey basis. Each plan is individually priced based on the specific design and associated plot. All construction must comply with local building codes and regulations in addition to our estate guidelines.

Website Use and Limitations

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

• Using the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others’ use
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to secured portions of the site
• Collecting users’ information without their consent
• Uploading viruses or other malicious code

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the site
• Any content obtained from the site

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

Forest Hill reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
