Secure your chosen plot with a booking fee, credited toward your purchase price.

Offer and Review

We send your full Sale and Purchase Agreement for your review and acceptance. We execute once you’re satisfied.

Payment and Lease

Pay in cash or by instalments, to the agreed schedule. On your final payment, we prepare your 50-year sublease, ready within 4 to 6 weeks.

Signing

Wet-ink signing. We issue your ratified digital document pack.

05 /

Registration

You register your sublease at the Lands Commission.
