Forest Hill’s first phase is planned across 100 of the estate’s 650 acres, prioritised to establish the roads, drainage, and core infrastructure the rest of the estate will build on. Phase One is designed to become a fully serviceable, functioning section of the estate in its own right, proving the design before it expands into the phases that follow.

An entire community designed for walking, running, and simply being outdoors, at a scale few residential developments in Ghana can offer. The land has been surveyed, engineered, and assessed in detail, from drainage and geotechnical conditions to environmental impact, giving every future phase a foundation grounded in real data, not assumption.
